Défi Cardio 5 heures

The 2021 Défi Cardio 5 Heures Challenge requires doing five consecutive hours of virtual exercise, within a team or on your own. It’s open to everyone (Énergie Cardio members or not), and everyone participates at their own pace! This year, discover our completely new, completely virtual formula, where pushing your limits has never been more accessible. From the comfort of your home, you can get moving simultaneously with all the other participants in the Défi Cardio 5 Heures Challenge and join the cause to help our sick kids in Quebec. Over the years, more than 1000 participants have joined the cause and given their all for five hours at a time!

Register, your registration includes:

• One $10 draw ticket for the Maison Enfant Soleil. 
• A five-week private training cohort to prepare for the Défi Cardio 5 Heures Challenge available on Facebook. 
• An exclusive weekly bulletin for participants that includes theoretical training tips, privileged information for Défi participants, fundraising tools and much more.
• A virtual private access to the Défi Cardio 5 Heures Challenge on May 22, to experience the big day from the comfort of your home.

For all donations $20 and above donated after your registration, a tax receipt will be issued and emailed to the donor before December 31, 2021.
